Responsibilities:
- Wash, dry, and fold linens, towels
- Operate laundry equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry area
- Deliver clean items to rooms and other hotel areas, assist in making beds
- Some housekeeping tasks
Requirements:
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and carrying
- Attention to detail and ability to work quickly
Maintenance Technician – Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities
Requirements:
- Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work
- Knowledge of AC systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Available for on-call shifts and emergencies
Reservations Agent – Full or Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Process room reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems
- Provide detailed information about room types, rates, and hotel amenities
- Manage booking modifications and cancellations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate reservation records
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus
- Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office AND willing to learn
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
